1. Returns and cancellations
UK customers generally have the right to cancel an online purchase within 14 days of receiving their goods, without giving a reason.
To cancel, notify us by email within this period. You then have a further 14 days to send the item back.
2. How to return an item
Email us with your order number and details of the item you wish to return. We will provide the return instructions and address.
Please package the item securely and retain proof of postage. We recommend using a tracked delivery service.
3. Return postage
For unwanted items or change-of-mind returns, the buyer pays return postage.
For faulty, damaged or incorrectly supplied items, Boo Instruments will cover reasonable return postage costs where required by law.
4. Refunds
For valid UK statutory cancellations, we will refund the purchase price and original standard delivery charge, where applicable.
Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned goods or evidence that they have been sent back, whichever is earlier, using the original payment method.
We may deduct an amount for loss of value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to inspect the goods as you would in a shop.
5. Faulty products
If your item is faulty, damaged or not as described, please contact us by email.
Your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 are not limited by our 14-day cancellation policy.
6. International returns
International customers should contact us before returning an item. Applicable local consumer rights remain unaffected.
